CATERING TEAM/ASSISTANT COOK

We're seeking enthusiastic people to join our busy catering team working across our Residential Centres, Campsite and Alpine Lounge working with a wide range of clients including schools, corporates and groups.

The role will involve working with our catering team and covering a range of responsibilities. A suitable candidate will be quick to learn how our business operates and the procedures we follow. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepping food

• Cooking for large groups each week

• Serving food in our various catering venues

• Cleaning 

• Taking food orders when they arrive 

• Supporting the cafe bar when required
   

Expected Skills and Qualifications

• Good communication skills

• Age 18+

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in basic cooking

• Full, clean driving license

• Age 21+ (due to vehicle insurance)
