CLIMBING TOWER
Let us bring the adventure to you!

Our climbing tower is an accessible and easy way of ensuring lots of students can try the amazing challenge of rock climbing. Once they've soared to the heights on our transportable tower, they'll be ready to try real rock climbing at our private limestone quarry, Sandford Quarry.

The Climbing Tower is available at a set price rate for the whole day.

SKI LESSONS
The only ski slope in Somerset!

Learning on an artificial slope is perfect for students about to head on a ski trip. We'll put together a package of lessons to help them make the most of their trip.

Ski lessons are run at a ratio of 1:8 and we can have 3 beginner ski lessons taking place at the same time. Snowboarding beginner lessons are also available with more limited numbers.
PROGRESSIVE ACTIVITY PROGRAMS
We are able to put together an activity programme for your students over a term or school year in a range of activities to build resilience, confidence and a passion for adventure.

There are opportunities to develop a particular skill set through progressive sessions in all our activities. Many of them have national governing body awards associated with them. Examples include:

Caving
Students get to explore progressively more adventurous caves in the Mendip Hills and even South Wales learning about geology, exploration and even ropework.
Paddlesports
Students can learn to kayak, paddle board and canoe over several sessions and finish the programme with an exciting river expedition on a local river such as the River Avon or River Exe. Students can achieve the British Canoeing Paddle Explore or Paddle Start award.
Climbing
On a climbing programme, students will climb and abseil on a wide range of venues throughout Somerset and, by the end of the course, be able to safely climb with a partner with minimal supervision.
