The Ultimate Team Activity Day

Nothing is impossible if you work together, communicate, plan, adapt, think and overcome.

You’ve come to the right place if you’re planning a fun, offsite Team Away Day.

We are in a great location, enabling you to take a break from your regular workplace and activities, somewhere you can improve team bonding, especially for those working hybrid, remote, flexible and in-office.

Tell me more...

Mission Impossible is a set of exciting outdoor challenges specially devised to put your team's skills to the test, including problem solving, communication, ingenuity, delegation and teamwork. The more varied your teams' skillset, the better their chances of success. The challenges are great fun, encouraging interactions that inspire, energise and improve employee engagement whilst strengthening trust ….your teams will be talking about them for a long time afterwards!

The day starts with a communal briefing before teams set off with a dedicated instructor to the first of up to 15 exciting Mission sites. The team to complete the missions, crack the final code and unlock the prize box will win and earn the right to stand on the winner's podium.

Flexible half-day or full-day Mission Impossible  experiences and catering packages are available with options to add extra activities.

Where does it take place?

Mission Impossible  takes place around our beautiful 250-acre woodland estate set in one of Southwest England’s most special places - The Mendip Hills National Landscape.  We are close to Bristol and its airport, the M5 motorway, major rail connections plus a good selection of hotels nearby should accommodation be needed.

Inclusive & accessible

Mission Impossible  challenges have been specifically designed for optimum team engagement. They aim to be as inclusive and accessible as possible, recognising most teams have a range of ages and abilities.  Challenges take place just off woodland paths and require an element of physicality, but don’t worry, there are no wet or muddy activities, and we don't require every participant to take part. Read our full accessibility statement here.

What should teams wear?

Ah..the great British weather! minute blazing sunshine, the next downpours!  We recommend wearing comfortable outdoor clothing appropriate for the forecast weather and suitable footwear - walking boots or trainers are perfect.

How many can participate?

Mission Impossible  is suitable for a wide range of organisation sizes, from small to larger groups of up to 100.

Do you have meeting rooms?

Yes! We have a selection of meeting rooms to accommodate different group sizes. Meeting room space with Wi-Fi is included free with your Mission Impossible  Team Activity Day.

Is it really impossible?

We'll leave that for you to find out... Remember - working smart beats working fast!
