START ARCHERY WEEK

This is your sign to give Archery a try!
Start Archery Week in 2024 will demonstrate the benefits of archery for mental wellbeing and will kick off Archery GB's Aim for Paris campaign in the lead-up to the Summer Olympics.
We've put on loads of Archery taster sessions this week to give you the chance to have a go!
Step up to the mark, load your arrow and TAKE AIM.
NORTH SOMERSET WALKFEST
Thurs 9th May, 10am - 12pm
In conjunction with Noth Somerset Walkfest, this walk is hosted by Nathan Orr, Mendip Hills National Landscape ecologist.
The focus of this walk will be on wildlife, geology and the history of the site. Mendip Activity Centre's 250-acre site is set in the heart of the National Landscape and is a haven for wildlife and ecology with an ancient woodland, rolling varied grassland and historic quarry. The walking distance is short (around 3 to 4km) but it takes place on steep paths where access is limited.
LIVE AT THE LODGE
Sat 25th May to Sun 25th August
In conjunction with Mendip Basecamp, our family campsite opening, we present a summer of free outdoor live music. Family-friendly festival atmosphere with the best local musicians and bands playing live under our magical canopy.
Each evening starts around 7pm. Arrive early to grab the best seat. The Lodge will be open for food and drink until late.
