Mendip Activity Centre was honoured to sponsor the 2025 Weston College Business Awards, held last week at the iconic Winter Gardens in Weston-super-Mare. The evening was a vibrant celebration of learners, mentors and employers who are helping shape the future of skills and work-based learning in the region.

As proud sponsors of the awards, Mendip Activity Centre will now offer all category winners an adventurous team-building experience, taking part in our action-packed "Mission Impossible". Mission Impossible is a set of exciting outdoor challenges devised to put teams' skills to the test with accessible activities targeting problem-solving, communication, creativity and delegation.

This year’s business awards brought together over 200 guests from across industry and education to celebrate excellence in apprenticeships, adult training, industry placements, and community partnerships. Finalists and winners represented an inspiring mix of sectors from engineering and hospitality to healthcare and aviation. Congratulations to the winners who included The Bristol Port Company, Airbus, ICTS UK & Ireland, University Hospitals Bristol and Weston, William Haley Engineering, Bakers Dolphin, and Cadbury House.
